The Gosforth Agricultural show is an outdoor event - trade stands are invited to apply for space. All spaces are 7.5m deep and priced according to the frontage required at £10 per metre. Trade stands will provide their own stands/tables/marquees etc to display their wares.

The show reserves the right to reject applications where there are too many of the same product. Completed forms accompanied with correct payment will only be accepted.

We have many many regular trade stands and therefore products like Ice Cream, Coffee/hot drinks, Burgers and Doughnuts are already well subscribed which means we will not accept any new stands offering these items.

Please note we do not want LIVE animals/fish offered as prizes on any stalls.

There are many ways in which you can support the show, advertise in our catalogue, sponsor some classes or bring a banner to display on the field.  Sponsorship can come in many forms, it can be cash, vouchers, prizes - all will be gratefully recieved.

The Craft tent is now being organised by Angela Strange & she will contact crafter directly.
